| Templeton Foreign is certainly low risk but the returns have not been
very good in comparison to many of its competitors but better than the
Price Intl Stock. |

Someone was recently asking about the company that makes DVD. One that
Im aware of is Nimbus CD Intl (NASDAQ: NMBS). They will be investing
$25 million to setup DVD manufacturing facility. They are currently
manufacturing CD and CD-ROM, and have strong and improving earnings.
They were featured in one of the articles in IBD on Thursday May 23.
They are not into the DVD players, but the discs themselves. Check it
out. They are also a premier company with technique to prevent CD/CD-ROM
piracy, so they might attract a lot of big companies that want to cut
losses due to copying. |
