| Unfortunately for Orr proponents, hockey careers and players are not
defined by single seasons. If it were, we would have other names we would
have to consider in this conversation. As is, longevitity is a
significant factor, and although Orrs career length was certainly longer
than Paul Average Hockey Players, he is significantly hurt by the fact
that he was not able to last longer. |

Greetings,
I am seeking any literature and information regarding the
process through which individuals begin to pursue careers as
hockey scouts. Any information regarding the subject of hockey
scouting would be welcome.
Thanks in advance for any information

| I have been compiling a collection of former players
and their post-hockey careers. I currently have well over
300 former players and their post-NHL occupations.
You can see the list at http://www.lcshockey.com/history |

Exactly what players did Smith get...he got junk. How many midgets have hockey careers into their
thirties? Fleury is basically done...on the downside with an anchor. |
| Again, theres more, I just dont want to type anymore. I can admit,
Keenan
made some good moves too (probably better that Burke), but the way he
makes
good hard-working hockey players look bad just to prove a point (or
something) is why I really hated to see him coaching the nucks. |
