| In addition to understanding whats involved, and a product line that most
people want, and will buy from you, you need assistance - instructions and
help - in not only selling the product or products, but in how to find new
customers on an ongoing basis. Once youve decided to try your hand at
multi-level marketing, and youve become affiliated with a company that has
a product line you feel will appeal to most people, and you have your

| Multi-Level Marketing has been around since the 1940s in America and is
fast gaining in popularity. It has been estimated that approximately 50% of
all goods and services in the USA will be sold through MLM Networks by the
mid to late 1990s. Not only has MLM gained in popularity, it has also made
large strides in improving its credibility. In fact, MLM is now taught as a
subject at Harvard Business School.
Multi-Level Marketing is not Pyramid Selling. Pyramid selling is illegal
because no product changes hands, eg. chain-letters and the recent
aeroplane scam. (Incidentally, the aeroplane crashed because no product
was being sold.) With Pyramid Selling, only those fortunate few who reach
the top will make money - the rest will lose everything they put in. With
MLM, everyone has an equal opportunity to make money and furthermore,
everyone has an opportunity to create their own MLM Network and possibly
even surpass those who introduced them.
